Is Smartsheet Hard To Learn?

Smartsheet is not considered to be the most difficult platform to learn. It is intuitive, the interface is clean and it is logical to use. That being said, if you do not have prior experience with Excel, or are not particularly computer literate, it can take a while to get used to it.

At the same time, there is a range of functionality that is unique to the platform, and it will take some time to become familiar with all of the features.

While there is a learning curve, most users tend to get to grips with it within a couple of months.
